Who am I?
​
My name is Jodie Truex and I am a Children's Pastor with a passion for ministering to children and training others to do the same! I am married to an awesome man of God who has served in Youth ministries for over thirty-three years. I have five wonderful children, a son and daughter-in-love and two of my favorite humans ever, my grandbabies Reuben and Eloise. I get to serve at an amazing church that fully gets behind ministering to children and youth. I am blessed.
My desire is to help children's worker develop children's ministries that work for their church size, location and budget. I hope this site will encourage you, spur on your creativity and help you in your desire to serve children in the name of Jesus!

Experience & Family
I am a graduate of Ohio Christian University with a BA in Christian Education and Missions.
I love creating lessons, leading children in worship and finding ways to make the gospel of Jesus Christ relevant and exciting to young hearts. I love to write my own curriculum but I also love to take a curriculum and tweak it to make it fit my ministry needs.
